Our group had our first regular -- not a special occasion -- non Borders doll meet last Friday. While I will definitely miss meeting at Borders the new location worked out quite nicely. Lots of lighting, big space, carpet, and not overly crowded. Surprisingly enough the new location is Top Foods, the grocery store.XD

We had our local Olympia meet-up today at Borders. Possibly our last there, if they close it down. It's sad -- not just because it's a great spot for meets and we've been meeting there since '07 -- all those people will be out of a job in a time when being unemployed really sucks.
